Gattaca (1997) Ft. Chris Valenzuela

When hyper-specialization and scientific hubris combined to create a new standard for genetic sequencing in human DNA, it birthed the next stage in the evolution of class warfare. Regardless of one's credentials, experience, and effort, their trajectory in life is now determined, dictated, and tracked entirely by their genetic makeup. Those birthed under natural conditions are discriminated against and labeled "in-valid" by society due to their organic abnormalities and reduced lifespan.

Vincent Freeman, an in-valid, works as a janitor at a local space program named Gattaca. Due to his weak heart, he will never be admitted to the program and will remain earthbound until the day he dies. He decides to go against his fate by purchasing the genetic makeup of a near-perfect individual named Jerome Morrow. Vincent poses as Jerome and infiltrates Gattaca to become one step closer to leaving behind his genetic shackles on Earth.
