February 24th, 1989 — After local law enforcement uncovers the murder of Laura Palmer, FBI Special Agent Dale Cooper comes to assist in the investigation. While the townsfolk mourn the loss of Laura, local Sheriff Harry S. Truman and Cooper begin interviewing suspects while encountering many of the oddities and eccentric citizens that make up the mysterious town.
